Each session is unique to the individual’s needs and works on an emotional, mental, physical, and light body level to facilitate one’s own ability to heal through the removal of blockage & can include:

Animal Healing
Reiki can also be just as beneficial for your fur babies!
Animals emotional and physical bodies go through very much the same thing as humans do. They are empathic and much more sensitive to energies than humans are. That means that animals feel issues within the home or their environments very deeply. So not only is it a good idea to give our furry companions a little energetic clearing out and boost from time to time, but Reiki is also great for helping with behavioral issues that some new pets might experience. Just like humans, most issues come to animals on the emotional body first due to some form of trauma, which may be the cause of negative behaviors. Combined with her intuitive abilities, Jamie uses Reiki to determine the root or cause of the issue your fur baby is experiencing. Often times physical ailments are triggered by blocks on the emotional body. So Animal Reiki is a great tool for your pets either as an alternative or combined with your Veterinarian’s care.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.” A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you”. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Jamie combines her Intuitive abilities to determine what, if any, issues (be they emotional or physical) are creating blocks within her clients and offers valuable guidance to help them heal themselves as well. She also often incorporates the use of crystals in her sessions, to further aid in a client’s clearing/healing in lieu of their high vibrational and metaphysical properties.

Each guest will recieve a private one on one reading with Jamie and receive valuble guidance or the answer to that nagging question that has long been on their mind.
